Retirees: If this is your first time accessing the new Entergy volunteer platform as a retiree, email csr_support@entergy.com so we can input your personal email address into the system and send you a temporary password.
After logging in, if you ever forget your password, please reach back out to csr_support@entergy.com for them to reset your password for you. The “Forgot Password?” button is unable to send a password reset email.
Through Community Connectors, Entergy recruits and incents employees and retirees to volunteer in the communities where they work and live. This new portal was designed to make it easier for you to learn about volunteer opportunities in your area, log your hours and request grants for your favorite nonprofits.
If you volunteer with an eligible nonprofit organization in or outside of work at any point during the year, you can log your hours retroactively as far back as Jan. 1 of that year. For every 20 volunteer hours, you can request a $250 grant – up to $750 per year – for your favorite eligible nonprofit organization.
We are proud of the impact employees and retirees have made through their volunteerism. Each year Entergy volunteers contribute approximately 100,000 hours – which translates into a $3.5 million economic impact – to our communities.
In addition, members of our legal department perform thousands of hours of pro bono work each year. Through our legal pro bono program, company attorneys and staff provide free legal assistance to some of the most vulnerable citizens in our utility service area.
